Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Club Leader who owns 2-4 in-center fitness businesses and leads the performers and coaches teams.

The role focuses on recruiting, developing top talent, managing budgets, and delivering branded fitness programs across Studio, Cycle, Yoga, and Signature Group Training. You will interview candidates, onboard new hires, oversee class schedules, mentor staff, and teach 4 classes per week to stay current with offerings and member feedback.

Qualifications

• National Group Fitness and/or Yoga Certification.
• Fitness and Nutrition Certification.
• 2+ years of leadership or managerial work.

Responsibilities

• Scouts talent, conducts candidate interviews, and oversees onboarding.
• Provides performance feedback and manages staff against policies and goals.
• Optimizes cross-functional team effectiveness and aligns club initiatives.
• Builds positive relationships with members and staff to foster communities.
• Schedules direct reports and class schedules for Studio, Cycle, Yoga, and Signature offerings.
• Teaches 4 classes per week to monitor offerings and gather feedback.
• Manage budgets and achieve participation and performance targets.
