Qualifications

National Group Fitness and/or Yoga Certification required.
2+ years of leadership or managerial experience.
Proven track record building high-performing teams and mentoring staff.
Experience managing budgets and staff scheduling.
Strong collaboration across teams and departments.

Responsibilities

Scouts talent, conducts interviews, and facilitates onboarding of new hires.
Provides team with clear support, feedback, and development opportunities.
Aligns cross-functional teams with club and company goals.
Builds positive relationships with members and staff to strengthen communities.
Manages schedules for direct reports and class offerings across Studio, Cycle, Yoga, and Signature programs.
Stays current on market trends and industry best practices.
Manages budgets and delivers on participation and performance targets.
Teaches 4 classes per week to assess offerings and respond to feedback.
