Orangetheory Fitness -- West Coast Fitness is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager for the West Chester, OH area. You will support the Studio Manager in daily operations, lead the Sales Associate team, and help deliver exceptional member experiences.

This full-time role requires leadership, sales ability, strong communication, and a willingness to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends. You’ll help with onboarding, tours, workouts, and studio events while contributing to a high-energy

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in the workplace.
• Previous sales experience, with strong sales skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Functional Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel).
• Flexibility to work daytime, evening, holiday, and weekend hours.
• Ability to work in an ORANGE TEAM environment.
• Health- and fitness-minded individuals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Studio Manager in all areas of the business.
• Lead and develop Sales Associate team daily.
• Own responsibility for studio operations, lead generation, and inventory.
• Handle telephone inquiries and customer calls.
• Host studio tours for prospects and members.
• Greet members warmly to create a welcoming environment.
• Participate in 1–2 OTF workouts per week.
• Maintain an organized, clean work area.
• Onboard new members with intake and membership forms.
• Attend training programs and studio meetings.
