Orangetheory Fitness -- West Coast Fitness is hiring a Studio Manager/Assistant Studio Manager to lead the daily operations of our Ohio studio. You’ll partner with the Studio Manager to drive member engagement, sales goals, and a top-notch guest experience.

The role requires leadership, sales skills, and a passion for fitness. You’ll manage a team, coordinate events, and ensure a welcoming, energetic environment across varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in the workplace.
• Sales experience, with strong sales skills; quota-bearing experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Functional computer skills: Microsoft Office, site navigation, reporting, data entry.
• Flexibility to work daytime, evening, holiday, and weekend hours.
• Ability to work in an ORANGE TEAM environment.
• High school diploma required.
• Health and fitness-minded people preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Studio Manager in all areas of the business.
• Lead and develop Sales Associate team daily.
• Own all studio operations and inventory management.
• Perform telephone inquiries and follow-up calls.
• Host studio tours with prospects and members.
• Greet members and guests enthusiastically to create a friendly environment.
• Participate in 1–2 workouts per week.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area.
• Respond promptly to member requests and concerns.
• Ensure onboarding of new members via intake forms.
• Attend relevant training programs and meetings.
