Orangetheory Fitness -- West Coast Fitness in Dublin, CA is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager to support the Studio Manager and lead the sales and operations at the studio. This role focuses on customer care, tours, and driving sales while maintaining an energetic, welcoming environment.

As part of a small team, you will balance front-of-house duties with team leadership, contribute to daily studio operations, and participate in ongoing training for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams and achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Studio Manager in all areas of the business
• Lead and develop Sales Associate team daily
• Own responsibility for all studio operational tasks, including lead and inventory management
• Perform telephone inquiries, follow-up calls, and customer care calls
• Host OTF studio tours with prospects and/or fitness program holders
• Greet members and guests promptly, enthusiastically, and with a smile
• Attend and participate in all relevant OTF training programs, events, and meetings
• Ensure proper onboarding of all OTF members through Client Intake and Membership Agreement forms
• Maintain an organized and clean work environment
