You’ll greet clients, answer questions, and guide them toward the memberships that fit their goals. This role emphasizes relationship-building, flawless execution, and a team-first mindset in a fast-paced, community-driven studio.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients to tailor memberships.
• Communicate value and convert inquiries to memberships.
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, email, and in person.
• Support sales initiatives, promotions, and events to grow memberships.
• Greet clients and deliver a five-star first visit experience.
• Assist with front desk, calls, and client inquiries.
• Maintain accurate client records in booking and CRM systems.
