Job summary

JETSET Pilates in New York is seeking a Studio Lead who drives sales, retention, and exceptional client experiences. You will welcome members, guide them toward memberships, and support instructors while keeping the front desk organized and the studio running smoothly.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll build relationships, handle inquiries, coordinate with the General Manager, and help grow the community through promotions and events. Flexible availability and proactive service are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience recommending specific services or products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Passion for health, wellness, and helping others.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Previous customer service or front desk experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with clients to understand goals and recommend memberships.
• Communicate the value of the JETSET experience and convert inquiries to memberships.
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, email, and in-person.
• Support promotions, events, and initiatives to drive growth and leads.
• Create a welcoming experience that keeps members engaged and connected.
