JETSET Pilates in New York seeks a Studio Lead to be the heartbeat of the studio, driving member growth and delivering exceptional client experiences. You will manage front desk tasks, support instructors, and collaborate with leadership to hit membership and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales growth and client relationship building.
• Strong customer service mindset with hospitality focus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at a fast pace.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales & retention by building relationships and recommending memberships.
• Communicate value of the studio and convert inquiries to memberships.
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, email and in person.
• Support promotions and community events to generate leads.
• Create a welcoming experience to keep members engaged.
• Monitor member activity and re-engage at-risk clients.
• Partner with General Manager to hit membership, retention, utilization, and revenue goals.
• Maintain lead, sales, and member notes in studio systems.
