JETSET Pilates is a modern, music-driven Pilates brand redefining the boutique fitness experience. The Studio Leads are the heartbeat of the studio, creating exceptional client experiences, supporting instructors, and keeping daily operations running smoothly.

Equal parts hospitality leader and studio ambassador, they help grow the community by connecting with clients and guiding them toward memberships and packages that fit their goals.

Formación

• Experience recommending specific services or products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Passion for health, wellness, and helping others.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Proficiency with technology and learning new systems.
• Previous customer service or front desk experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Build genuine relationships with clients to understand goals and recommend memberships.
• Communicate the value of the JETSET experience to convert inquiries into memberships.
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, email, and in person.
• Support sales initiatives, promotions, and events.
• Maintain front desk operations and studio cleanliness.
• Process sales, memberships, and class packages accurately.
• Keep accurate client notes in booking and CRM systems.
• Provide exceptional onboarding and five-star first-visit experiences.
