Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination.
  • 3+ years experience as a professional photographer preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, project management, and supervisory skills.
  • Knowledge of industry-standard audio/visual, recording, filmmaking, and studio management technologies.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Adobe Creative Cloud applications.

Responsibilities

  • Support maintenance and operations of the department's digital labs, equipment, and digitization initiatives.
  • Administer and support software, equipment, databases, and systems.
  • Provide direct technical assistance to faculty and staff and oversee students.
  • Develop and provide technology training for staff and faculty.
  • Research emerging technologies and collaborate with university departments and vendors.
  • Supervise staff and students.
