Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years of relevant experience required.
• Strong customer service and ability to work with students and staff.
• Proficiency with printing and binding equipment is expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Making Center facilities.
• Support students and faculty with printing and binding equipment.
• Lead demos, coordinate trainings, and assist with purchases and maintenance.
• Create clear technical documentation and onboarding for new staff.
