Qualifications

• Audit hours do not count; if Work Study, you must meet Satisfactory Academic Progress.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Computer Lab operations alongside Lab Manager.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software and printers; support faculty/students with IT issues.
• Install/maintain software; set up files for 3D printing; assist with Autodesk/Adobe/architecture software.
• Investigate and implement new technologies for Lab use.
• Shifts during Lab hours (8:00 AM–10:00 PM, 7 days a week); IT support during events.
