Job summary

Rowan is seeking a Weekend-availability Studio Sales Associate for the White Plains (The Westchester) studio. You will create an exceptional piercing and shopping experience, assist customers with ear piercings, provide product recommendations, and uphold Rowan’s cleanliness and safety standards.

This hourly, non-exempt role reports to the Studio Manager. Ideal candidates have flexibility across weeks, weekends, and holidays, with strong communication and teamwork skills to thrive in a busy

Qualifications

• Retail or service industry experience is a plus.
• Must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays.
• Independent thinker with a can-do attitude.
• Love jewelry and helping customers choose earrings.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and create a celebratory environment.
• Assist with check-ins and bookings using POS systems.
• Help customers select piercing and hypoallergenic jewelry.
• Answer questions about piercing procedures and aftercare.
• Promote and upsell Rowan products and jewelry.
