Chapter Aesthetic Studio in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a warm, driven Studio Sales & Guest Experience Specialist to be the heart of the guest journey. You’ll blend hospitality, consultative sales, and studio operations to build relationships and deliver a premium experience.

You will welcome guests, lead consultations, educate on services and memberships, and drive growth through thoughtful product and service recommendations.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in sales, hospitality, retail, aesthetics, fitness, or another guest-facing setting.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills.
• A friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Comfort with scheduling systems, CRM platforms, and POS software.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
• Lead consultations to understand guest goals and personalized treatment recommendations.
• Educate guests on services, memberships, packages, and retail options.
• Drive studio performance through memberships, packages, and guest retention.
• Follow up via calls, texts, and emails to convert interest to appointments.
• Run front desk tasks: scheduling, check-in/out, phones, payments.
