Job summary
Chapter Aesthetic Studio in Davenport, IA is seeking a Guest Service Sales Specialist who will be the friendly first contact for guests and a trusted guide through their journey. This full-time role combines front-desk duties with sales, helping guests choose services, memberships, and retail products while delivering a warm, professional experience.
You’ll manage phones, bookings, check-in/out, payments, and provide product education, ensuring a clean, guest-ready studio and meeting sales goals
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in sales in a guest-focused environment.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication.
- Proficient with phone systems, booking software, and POS.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally.
- Drive loyalty through experiences and referrals.
- Manage front-of-studio operations: phones, bookings, check-in/out, payments.
- Educate guests on products, services, and financing options.
- Explain retail value and memberships.
- Collaborate with clinical staff on guest journey and treatment planning.
- Meet sales goals for services, memberships, and retail.
- Maintain a clean, organized studio.
