Chapter Aesthetic Studio in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a warm, driven Studio Sales & Guest Experience Specialist who will be the heart of our guest journey. You’ll blend hospitality, consultative sales, and studio operations to build relationships and guide guests toward personalized treatment plans.

You’ll lead front-desk duties, educate guests on services and memberships, drive sales, and follow up to book appointments.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years in sales, hospitality, or guest-facing roles.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills.
• Excellent communication and organization in fast-paced settings.
• Comfort with scheduling, CRM, and POS systems.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.

Chapter Aesthetic Studio in Eden Prairie, MN is looking for a warm, driven Studio Sales & Guest Experience Specialist to be the heart of our guest experience. You’ll be the first smile guests see and the trusted guide who helps them find the right path to looking and feeling their best. This is far more than a front desk role. You’ll blend hospitality, consultative sales, and studio operations to build real relationships, deliver a premium experience, and help guests start (and stay on) personalized treatment plans, all while driving growth for the studio.

Job Type: Full-Time Hourly Rate: Starting hourly rate $20+ based on experience with bonus structure increasing earning potential

What You’ll Do

What You Bring

• 1-3+ years in sales, hospitality, retail, aesthetics, fitness, or another guest-facing setting
• Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills
• A friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
• Comfort with scheduling systems, CRM platforms, and POS software
• Organization and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
