Chapter Aesthetic Studio Davenport is seeking a Guest Service Sales Specialist to be the welcoming heartbeat of our Davenport studio. In this full-time role, you’ll handle phones, bookings, check-in/out, and payments while driving sales of services, memberships, and retail.

You’ll guide guests through financing options and product education, partner with clinicians, and maintain an organized, guest-ready studio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a fast-paced guest-focused sales role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfort with phones, scheduling software, and payment processing.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally.
• Drive sales for services, memberships, and retail.
• Manage front-of-studio operations: phones, bookings, check-in/out, payments.
• Educate guests on products and services; present financing options.
• Encourage rebooking and referrals to grow loyalty.
