Job summary

Stretch Zone in Greenwood, SC is seeking a Studio Manager to lead district operations, drive financial performance, and uphold quality standards across studios. You will provide leadership, develop strategic plans, and ensure outstanding member experiences.

The role requires strong sales leadership, staffing oversight, daily coaching, accurate reporting, and collaboration with the leadership team to execute initiatives and grow the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in single-unit management.
• Strong sales background with proven success.
• Ability to develop and execute a high-level business plan.
• Ability to set clear goals and hold team accountable.
• Ability to articulate revenue/expenses variances versus budget.
• Strong problem-solving and rapid decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• In-depth analysis and optimization of studio metrics, including sales comparisons, lead generation, and retention.
• Develop strategic action plans for business development.
• Monitor staffing schedules and ensure proper staffing levels.
• Assess staff performance daily and hold to daily goals.
• Coaching, development, and daily studio operations presence.
• Ensure daily, accurate reporting.
• Track time clocks and staff utilization.
• Communicate with leadership on initiatives.
• Manage mid-level customer service requests.
• Drive daily, weekly, monthly accountability of sales goals.
• Develop marketing strategies.
