Stretch Zone is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead daily operations and drive the studio's performance. You will develop a high-performing team, deliver an exceptional client experience, and achieve revenue and membership goals while maintaining financial health.

The role requires leadership in health, wellness, or fitness, with a passion for helping clients improve mobility and overall wellness. Training and certification through Stretch Zone are provided.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in health, wellness, fitness, or service industries.
• Ability to recruit, train, coach, and manage staff to achieve goals.
• Strong sales, relationship-building, and customer-service skills.
• Business-minded with awareness of revenue, expenses, and performance metrics.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, dependable, energetic, and results-driven.
• Genuine interest in health, wellness, mobility, and helping others.
• Willingness to complete Stretch Zone training and certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations and financial performance of the studio.
• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, schedule, and manage studio employees.
• Foster a positive, accountable, high-energy workplace culture.
• Set clear performance expectations and drive goal achievement.
• Drive membership growth, revenue, client retention, and profitability.
• Conduct consultations and align programs with client goals.
• Ensure exceptional client experiences across all interactions.
• Monitor performance metrics, reports, and sales activity.
• Implement company policies, standards, and initiatives.
• Address client questions and service requests promptly.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming studio environment.
• Communicate with Regional Manager and leadership.
• Provide ongoing leadership and support to direct reports.
• Lead additional operational tasks as needed.
