Job summary

Club Pilates in Montgomery Village, MD currently seeks a Studio Manager to oversee all studio operations and drive growth across multiple revenue streams. You will recruit and manage staff, lead sales initiatives, and maintain strong vendor relationships to keep inventory accurate and the studio running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of sales management and is fluent in English, with a passion for fitness and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales management experience.
• Experience in the fitness industry preferred.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and grass roots marketing.
• Schedule prospects into Intro class and drive memberships.
• Manage four revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.
• Hire and manage all instructors; supervise sales reps.
• Coordinate with vendors; ensure inventory accuracy in studio.
• Use ClubReady for revenue and attendance reporting.
