Job summary

CamFit is seeking a General Manager to oversee both fitness and sales operations at our Georgia studio. You will lead the coaching team, own membership growth, and manage studio operations while reporting to the Regional Business Manager.

You will drive performance, develop staff, and maintain safety and high service standards in a fast-paced, member-focused environment. This full-time role requires a flexible schedule and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Current nationally recognized fitness certification from an OTF-approved provider (e.g., ACSM, ACE PT/GFI, NASM, NSCA, AFAA PT/GFI)
• Current CPR/AED certification
• OTF Coach certification or ability to obtain
• 2–3 years of coaching experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage operations and lead a team
• Strong sales acumen and comfort managing revenue performance
• Flexible schedule availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead coaching team and ensure quality class delivery across all sessions.
• Own studio revenue performance including memberships, renewals, and retail.
• Manage operations, scheduling, payroll, and budgets to meet brand standards.
• Provide weekly KPI reporting to Regional Business Manager.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop coaching and sales staff.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and safety standards.
• Drive member growth through intro experiences and personalized recommendations.
