Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years coaching/leadership experience.
• Proven ability to manage operations and lead a team.
• Strong sales aptitude and performance mindset.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coaching team and ensure high-quality class delivery.
• Drive membership growth, renewals, and retail performance.
• Oversee studio operations, budgeting, payroll, and compliance.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop staff; maintain staffing levels.
