Job summary

CamFit is seeking a General Manager to lead coaching, sales and operations across a multi-studio Orangetheory Fitness franchise. You will guide the coaching team, drive membership growth, manage studio operations, and shape a culture that energizes both members and staff.

Responsibilities include maintaining class quality, executing intro experiences, leading revenue performance, and developing the team through onboarding and performance conversations.

Qualifications

• Current nationally recognized fitness certification from an OTF-approved provider.
• CPR/AED certification; OTF Coach certification or ability to obtain.
• 2–3 years of coaching experience; strong operations leadership.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead coaching excellence and class delivery; ensure quality and safety.
• Drive sales, memberships and revenue growth; manage intro conversions.
• Oversee studio operations, scheduling and budgeting; sustain brand standards.
• Develop and mentor coaches; oversee onboarding, evaluations, and payroll.
