Qualifications

• Current nationally recognized fitness certification from an OTF-approved provider.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• OTF Coach certification or ability to obtain.
• 2-3 years of coaching experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage operations and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coaching team and manage studio operations.
• Deliver high-energy OTF classes aligned with brand standards.
• Own studio revenue performance including new memberships and renewals.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop sales associates.
• Maintain cleanliness and operational standards across the studio.
