Job summary

Camarillo Fitness LLC is seeking a General Manager for CamFit, an Orangetheory Fitness franchise, to lead coaching, sales, and studio operations in Falls Church. You will drive membership growth, coach development, and a high-energy member experience across the studio, while maintaining safety and brand standards.

The role requires leadership of a diverse team, hands-on class delivery, and accountability for revenue performance.

Qualifications

• Current nationally recognized fitness certification from an OTF-approved provider
• Current CPR/AED certification
• OTF Coach certification or ability to obtain
• 2-3 years of coaching experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage operations and lead a team
• Strong sales acumen and comfort managing revenue performance
• Flexible schedule availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Maintain a minimum of 15 coaching classes per week with potential flex based on studio needs
• Deliver high-energy OTF classes and ensure quality of every class
• Own studio revenue performance including memberships and retail
• Lead, manage, and develop the coaching team; schedule using MindBody Online
• Recruit, onboard, and develop sales associates; manage front-of-house culture
• Build studio community and engage members with events and recognition
• Oversee studio operations, safety, and compliance with brand standards
