Stretch Zone seeks an enthusiastic Assistant General Manager to drive studio revenue through memberships and manage day-to-day studio operations. The ideal candidate will lead Grass Roots marketing, generate leads, and use Clinic Ready, Office and Google tools to track revenue and attendance.

Qualifications

• AA or BS in Exercise Science or Athletic Training with anatomy coursework.
• Experience in the fitness industry.
• Sales experience or willingness to learn sales.
• Energetic, forward thinking and creative with professional image.
• Well organized and self-directed team player.
• Good educator who is trustworthy and shares information.
• Detail oriented and precise in execution.
• Strategic contributor in long and short range planning.

Responsibilities

• Drive studio revenue through membership sales.
• Lead generation including grass roots marketing and networking.
• Proficient in Club Ready for revenue and attendance reports.
