Job summary

Stretch Zone is seeking a General Manager to lead a fitness studio, drive membership sales, and oversee daily operations. The role focuses on revenue growth, client engagement, and a cohesive team dynamic within a closed-knit environment.

The ideal candidate has a proven sales background in fitness, strong leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills to manage reporting, customer relationships, and staff development. Compensation includes base salary with incentives.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of proven success in sales, preferably membership sales in fitness.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Exercise Science or related field.
• Availability for 2 weeks of out-of-town training.
• Strong communication, listening, and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive Studio Revenue through Membership Sales.
• Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and Networking.
• Proficiency in Club Ready with revenue and attendance reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Apps, Social Media, Email.
• Lead and collaborate with coworkers, clients and the public.
