Job summary

StretchLab Franchise is seeking a Studio General Manager in Lubbock, TX to drive membership sales and lead generation while managing studio operations.

The role combines 80% sales, lead generation, and local marketing with 20% operations and staff management. You will recruit and lead a team of Flexologists, schedule staff, and monitor KPIs using ClubReady to grow the studio's revenue and community presence.

Qualifications

• 1 year of membership/gym/fitness or retail sales experience.
• Strong prospecting and cold outreach skills.
• Ability to train and lead a diverse team to meet revenue goals.
• Comfortable using studio management software and running sales metrics.

Responsibilities

• CRM management: outbound calls, texts, and emails to cultivate leads.
• Own the full sales cycle to convert prospects into monthly members.
• Generate fresh leads weekly through local events and partnerships.
• Build community culture to minimize attrition and manage member service needs.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage a high-performing team of practitioners (Flexologists).
• Create and optimize staff schedules to maximize floor coverage and labor efficiency.
• Track KPIs using the studio software (ClubReady).
