Job summary

StretchLab is seeking an experienced Studio Manager to oversee sales and operations for our Tyler, TX studio. You will lead revenue generation, manage a team of Sales Reps and Flexologists, coordinate with the studio owner and area manager, and ensure exceptional client experiences.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ years in sales and fitness, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills to drive membership sales, retail, and local promotions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years in sales and fitness/wellness environments.
• Strong communication skills with clients and teammates.
• Proficiency with Studio software and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and grassroots marketing to drive prospects.
• Implement sales process to convert prospects to intro class.
• Drive membership sales and retail through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with vendors to manage inventory and promotions.
• Supervise Sales Reps and Flexologists; monitor performance.
• Produce revenue reports and utilization metrics in ClubReady.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio.
