Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in fitness or wellness.
• 1+ years of fitness/wellness experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage data and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and networking to drive prospects.
• Schedule prospects into Intro class via sales process.
• Drive membership sales and retail through outreach.
• Coordinate with vendors to stock studio retail products.
• Supervise Sales Reps and Flexologists.
• Prepare revenue and attendance reports using ClubReady (training provided).
• Make high-level customer service decisions and maintain studio cleanliness.
• Enforce policies and ensure proper documentation and supplies.
• Plan networking events and studio promotions.
• Manage marketing campaigns to generate leads.
