Job summary

StretchLab in Texas is seeking a hands-on Studio General Manager to lead our team, drive membership sales, and grow our community presence. This role is 80% sales-driven and 20% operations, requiring a proven ability to hit targets and build partnerships.

You will recruit and coach practitioners, optimize scheduling, and manage KPIs while delivering exceptional client experiences and studio growth in the Lubbock area.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in fitness, gym, or retail.
• Ability to generate leads and network locally.
• Proven leadership and ability to train a diverse team.
• Comfort with studio management software and sales metrics.

Responsibilities

• Outreach to generate and convert leads into monthly memberships.
• Own the full sales cycle and onboarding of new members.
• Drive grassroots marketing and local partnerships to grow the studio.
• Recruit, onboard and manage practitioners; schedule staff; monitor KPIs.
