Job summary

StretchLab Franchise in Texas is seeking a sales-driven General Manager to lead membership growth, build brand awareness, and guide a small team of sales reps and flexologists.

This on-site role focuses primarily on sales (80–90%) with a competitive base salary plus bonuses. Growth opportunities exist within a fast-expanding brand, and a complimentary StretchLab membership is provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven sales experience (fitness or membership sales preferred).
• Ability to network, prospect, and build client relationships.
• Passion for fitness, health, and helping others.
• Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Ability to lead a team to hit sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead membership growth and drive brand awareness.
• Train, motivate, and supervise a small sales team.
• Manage studio CRM (ClubReady), inventory, marketing, and KPIs.
• Network, prospect, and position StretchLab as the premier destination.
