Job summary

SPENGA Chattanooga is seeking a hands-on manager to oversee daily studio operations, including finance, scheduling, and brand development. The role blends sales leadership with customer service to grow memberships and community engagement.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong management, a proactive attitude, and a passion for people and fitness. A dynamic, upbeat personality is essential for success in our collaborative studio environment.

Qualifications

Strong management and leadership abilities.
Ability to create a successful environment for staff and clients.
Previous sales experience required; fitness industry or high-end goods & services preferred.
Willingness to learn; adapt to new fitness philosophy.

Responsibilities

Manage and exceed sales and retention expectations.
Manage all operational aspects of the business including but not limited to: ordering supplies, equipment maintenance, payroll, scheduling, cleanliness.
Lead, train, motivate, and manage all staff to represent SPENGA.
Sell memberships and retail.
Retain and increase client participation.
Submit accurate and timely reports.
Plan and promote entertaining and productive events through community outreach and business partnerships.
As a SPENGA ambassador, managers will promote, sell, and add to the SPENGA culture in and out of the studio.
