Job summary

SPENGA is hiring a manager to warmly welcome and take care of members in a fast-growing fitness studio. You will lead the team, drive membership sales, and ensure the studio runs smoothly with a clean, energetic environment.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, sales proficiency, and the ability to promote SPENGA’s 60-minute format (spin + strength + yoga) within the community. Commission opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Strong management and leadership abilities.
• Previous sales experience is required; preferably high-end goods or services.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to SPENGA's fitness philosophy.
• Motivation and drive.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Experience/certifications in personal training, group training, spin, or yoga are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships and retail.
• Meet and exceed sales and retention expectations.
• Retain and increase client participation.
• Set up and reset studio equipment before and after classes.
• Maintain a clean facility.
• Promote, sell, and add to SPENGA culture in and out of the studio.
