Job summary

Riser Fitness, LLC is seeking a results-driven Assistant General Manager to lead studio operations, sales efforts and member experience. You will hire, train and manage Sales Associates, drive membership growth, and reduce attrition in a fast-paced Pilates studio environment.

You will oversee lead generation, scheduling, inventory, and customer service, while ensuring policies are followed and the studio remains clean and professional. Prior fitness sales preferred.

• 2+ years of fitness sales experience.
