Job summary

CamFit, Camarillo Fitness LLC, is seeking a General Manager to lead coaching, sales, and studio operations at our Marlborough, MA location. You will train and manage the coaching team, drive membership growth, monitor performance, and ensure a world-class member experience.

You'll own KPI reporting, oversee budgets, and collaborate with the Regional Manager. We offer competitive pay, medical benefits, and an Orangetheory membership along with growth opportunities within the franchise.

Qualifications

• Current nationally recognized fitness certification from an OTF-approved provider or equivalent (as part of the coaching background).
• Proven ability to manage operations and lead a team.
• Strong sales acumen and comfort managing revenue performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coaching team and own class quality and scheduling.
• Drive membership growth, conversions, and retail revenue.
• Oversee studio operations, budgets, payroll, and cost controls.
• Provide weekly KPI reporting to leadership.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and safety standards.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop staff while building a strong culture.
