Job summary

Camarillo Fitness (CamFit) | An Orangetheory Fitness Franchise is seeking a General Manager to oversee both fitness and sales operations. You will lead the coaching team, drive membership growth, and manage studio operations while building a culture that members and staff are excited to be part of.

You will report to the Regional Business Manager and be responsible for coaching excellence, sales performance, and team development in a dynamic, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Current nationally recognized fitness certification from an OTF-approved provider.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• OTF Coach certification or ability to obtain.
• 2–3 years of coaching experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage operations and lead a team.
• Strong sales acumen and comfort managing revenue performance.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Excellence and Class Delivery: lead coaching team and ensure high-energy OTF classes.
• Intro Class Execution and Membership Conversion: deliver personalised intro experiences and recommend memberships.
• Sales Leadership and Revenue Performance: own studio revenue including memberships, renewals, and retail; provide weekly KPI reporting.
• Coach Development and Team Leadership: manage coaching staff, onboarding, and evaluations.
• Studio Operations: oversee scheduling, budgets, payroll, and compliance.
