Job summary

CamFit is seeking a General Manager to oversee coaching, sales, and studio operations at a multi-studio Orangetheory Fitness franchise. You will lead the coaching team, drive membership growth, and foster a culture that members and staff love.

This role reports to the Regional Business Manager and requires hands-on leadership and performance management. Responsibilities include delivering high-energy classes, driving revenue performance, and managing the full studio operations, including

Qualifications

• Current nationally recognized fitness certification from an OTF-approved provider.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• OTF Coach certification or ability to obtain.
• 2-3 years of coaching experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage operations and lead a team.
• Strong sales acumen and comfort managing revenue performance.
• Flexible schedule availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead coaching team and deliver high-energy OTF classes.
• Own studio revenue via memberships, renewals, and retail.
• Execute lead generation and in-studio marketing campaigns.
• Manage class schedule and MindBody onboarding.
• Maintain studio operations, budgets, and safety standards.
