Riser Fitness, LLC in Denver, CO seeks a General Manager to oversee all studio functions, driving sales, membership growth, and staff performance. You will hire, train and manage Sales Associates, and leverage ClubReady for revenue reporting and operational oversight.

The role requires 2+ years in fitness or retail sales, strong communication, and the ability to manage four revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail/service sales or fitness sales.
• Ability to generate personal sales and train Sales Associates in sales.
• Ability to manage and drive 4 revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.
• Must be fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong data management and deadline orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and Grass Roots Marketing to drive prospects.
• Implement sales process to enroll prospects in Intro classes.
• Membership sales and revenue growth across studio.
• Manage staff schedule and supervise Sales Associates.
• Maintain inventory accuracy for studio retail.
• Hire and supervise instructors; mentor staff as needed.
• Proficiency in ClubReady for revenue and attendance reports.
• Enforce policies and studio procedures; maintain cleanliness and order.
• Schedule and participate in networking events and studio promotions; manage marketing campaigns to generate leads.
