Job summary

Club Pilates in Rockville, MD is seeking a skilled Studio Manager to oversee every facet of the studio’s operation, drive revenue across memberships, retail, private training, and instructor training, and lead a team of staff and instructors.

You will schedule, supervise, and coordinate with vendors to ensure accurate inventory, excellent customer service, and a productive, welcoming studio environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales management, preferably in fitness or a related field.
• Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps in sales.
• Ability to manage and drive four revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities; proficient with studio software.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation through grassroots marketing and networking.
• Implement sales process to convert prospects to Intro class.
• Drive membership sales and revenue growth.
• Manage staff schedules and supervise instructors.
• Coordinate with vendors, maintain inventory accuracy for studio retail.
• Oversee Sales Representatives and recruit/train instructors.
• Utilize ClubReady to generate revenue and attendance reports.
• Review instructor evaluations and ensure high-level customer service.
