Job summary

Riser Fitness, LLC is seeking a General Manager for our Colorado studio to oversee sales, lead instructors, and direct daily studio operations. You will drive membership growth, hire/train Sales Associates, and manage four revenue streams including memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.

The role requires strong leadership, performance coaching, and the ability to execute marketing and networking initiatives in a fast-paced boutique fitness environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience.
• Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Associates in sales.
• Ability to manage and drive four revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and Networking.
• Implement sales process to schedule prospects into Intro classes.
• Membership sales.
• Manage staff schedule.
• Ensure studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts.
• Train and Supervise Sales Associates.
• Hire/Manage instructors at the studio.
• Proficiency in ClubReady, including revenue and attendance reports.
• Review instructor evaluations and mentored/disciplinary actions as needed.
• Independently make decisions related to high level customer service.
• Collect outstanding dues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates Studio.
• Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures.
• Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature are stocked and visible.
• Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions.
• Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio.
