Qualifications

• Experience optimizing studio operations and policies.

• Aptitude for analyzing metrics (sales, utilization, payroll).
• Experience creating and executing local marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Work with leadership to run daily studio operations and implement policies.
• Ensure delivery of positive customer service and a fitness experience aligned with brand standards.
• Run reports and analyze metrics on key performance indicators (sales, utilization, retention, expenses, payroll).
• Develop and execute local marketing initiatives to drive client acquisition and exceed goals.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns with a positive approach.
• Build relationships with local health and wellness communities and influencers.
• Create, monitor, and maintain class and staff schedules.
• Maintain inventory for supplies, retail, and beverages as needed.
• Plan and host team meetings and social events.
• Oversee hiring of instructors and studio leads and support career growth.
• Drive studio performance on metrics like classes, utilization, first visits, and memberships.
