Job summary

Vertex Fitness Group, operating JETSET Pilates studios in Saint Paul, MN, seeks an on-site General Manager to lead studio performance and growth. You will oversee daily operations, drive client experience, and manage schedules and staff to hit studio goals.

As General Manager, you’ll participate in the JETSET training, supervise a team, and maintain strong relationships with the local fitness community while delivering exceptional service and measurable results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing day-to-day studio operations.
• 1+ year in customer-facing role within fitness/hospitality.
• Experience running reports and analyzing KPIs (sales, utilization, payroll).
• Experience creating and managing staff/class schedules for a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day studio operations and implement company policies.
• Drive client experience and build relationships with local health and wellness communities.
• Develop local marketing, drive client acquisition, and lead team meetings.
