Job summary

JETSET Pilates in Miami is seeking a General Manager to lead our Brickell and Coconut Grove studios, drive membership growth, and ensure outstanding client experiences. This hands-on leadership role blends business management with active instruction and community engagement.

You will coach instructors, oversee daily operations, optimize schedules, monitor KPIs, and partner with ownership on profitability. Travel between locations is expected, with a strong hospitality mindset and a track record

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations or general management experience.
• Proven track record of leading multi-location teams.
• Strong sales instincts with experience driving revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop instructors and Studio Leads across locations.
• Own daily studio operations, class schedules, and client experience.
• Analyze KPIs and implement action plans to grow memberships and revenue.
• Build community partnerships and represent the brand in the local market.
• Monitor profitability, payroll, expenses, and studio performance.
