Job summary

SoulCycle in Miami is seeking part-time staff to deliver exceptional customer service and manage front desk responsibilities. You will assist with daily studio tasks, support instructors, and uphold the SoulCycle brand in a fast-paced, welcoming environment.

The role requires at least 20 hours per week with a weekend day, plus availability for peak holiday shifts. A positive, proactive attitude is essential to fit into our community.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and able to take initiative.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Positive, can-do attitude.
• Friendly and professional phone and email etiquette.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Must have availability 3 days per week, totaling 20 hours, with one weekend day.
• Availability for peak holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service and hospitality to clients.
• Assist the Studio Management in daily studio tasks and projects.
• Maintain a positive attitude and take initiative.
• Provide support to SoulCycle instructors to ensure a successful class check-in process.
• Work as a cohesive team with all SoulCycle staff members to ensure efficiency and camaraderie.
• Assist with the training and coaching of new hires for the front desk staff team.
• Maintain product knowledge for all studio retail operations.
• Maintain the distinct SoulCycle aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere and culture.
• Studio cleaning and prepping, including cleaning of exercise equipment, floors and mirrors.
• Common area cleaning, including, front desk, lockers, retail shelves, office and hallways.
• Bathroom and changing room cleaning.
