Job summary

Studs is seeking a Studio Supervisor (non-managerial) to support daily Studio operations in San Diego, CA. You will open/close the Studio, lead shifts, and ensure a consistent customer experience aligned with our brand standards.

Responsibilities include floor leadership, visual merchandising support, and maintaining safety and cleanliness. The role requires reliability, a positive attitude, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in a keyholder or shift-lead role with independent operations.
• Available to work a flexible schedule up to 5 days per week (32+ hours), including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must maintain consistent availability and be able to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the Studio independently.
• Support floor leadership during peak periods.
• Ensure a consistent customer and brand experience on the floor.
• Model Studs values and service standards.
• Lead by example with professionalism and accountability.
