Studs in San Diego, CA is seeking a Studio Supervisor to support daily studio operations, open/close procedures, and maintain a consistent customer and brand experience on the floor.

This non-managerial role requires maturity, reliability, and leadership by example, with weekend availability and a flexible schedule. It offers an hourly rate of $21.75 and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a keyholder or shift lead role with independent operations and opening/closing responsibilities.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule up to 5 days per week (32+ hours), including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Weekend availability (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) required; PT/FT status depends on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the Studio independently and ensures all opening/closing procedures are completed accurately.
• Supports daily execution of visual merchandising, stock restocks, and Studio upkeep.
• Reviews daily business and helps implement strategies to drive results.
• Acts as a floor leader during assigned shifts, helping structure the team to deliver sales and service goals.
• Upholds safety and brand standards, including piercing-related regulations and Studio cleanliness.
• Delivers exceptional service and educates customers about the Studs experience.
• Supports service recovery and escalates customer concerns as needed.
• Sets a professional, inclusive tone and provides real-time feedback to teammates.
