Job summary

Experis Technology Group is seeking a Facilities Manager I for Warner Bros. on the Burbank Main Lot.

You will lead day-to-day facilities maintenance, develop preventive maintenance programs for building systems, and coordinate with trades, vendors, and internal teams to ensure safe, clean, and reliable operations. You'll oversee internal staff and third-party partners, prioritize work, ensure safety compliance, and support new attractions, seasonal overlays, and events while upholding studio

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in a facilities environment.
• 3+ years communicating with tradespeople and coordinating skilled trades.
• 3+ years of strong organizational skills and reporting experience.
• Prior supervisory or managerial experience overseeing maintenance staff or vendors.
• Strong working knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and life safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day facilities maintenance operations for assigned locations.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs for building systems and equipment.
• Serve as primary facilities liaison for assigned buildings and coordinate with clients, guests, employees, and talent.
• Oversee internal staff and third-party vendors, prioritizing work and ensuring safety and timelines.
• Coordinate maintenance support for new attractions, seasonal overlays, activations, and special events.
