Job summary

Peachy is seeking a Studio Experience Specialist to deliver a premium client journey at our New York studios. You will greet clients, tailor product recommendations, and drive sales while upholding Peachy’s standards of service and privacy.

You’ll work a 40-hour week from Wednesday through Saturday, with some holidays. Competitive compensation includes employee discounts, PTO, and exclusive treatment perks.

Qualifications

• Client-facing experience in customer service, hospitality, or high-end retail.
• Flexible to work across multiple studio locations within a reasonable distance.
• Able to work a 40-hour work week from Wednesday through Saturday; some holiday coverage.
• Weekday shifts 8:30 AM–7 PM; weekend shifts 8:30 AM–5 PM.
• Minimum of 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and manage check-in/out processes.
• Build relationships by understanding client needs and upselling products/services.
• Execute sales strategies to hit individual and team goals while ensuring a quality experience.
• Collaborate with Clinical Providers to deliver a best-in-class studio experience.
• Provide high-quality service and inform clients about Peachy treatments and aftercare products.
• Coordinate with remote Customer Service for scheduling and rescheduling appointments.
• Uphold Peachy core values and foster an inclusive culture.
• Complete studio opening and closing tasks.
• Maintain studio appearance and inventory; ensure cleanliness and stock levels.
• Adhere to infection control standards and HIPAA privacy practices.
