Job summary

Peachy in Charlotte is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator, known internally as a Studio Experience Specialist, to deliver a welcoming, educational client journey and drive sales through personalized recommendations.

You will work with our Studio Manager and Clinical Providers, maintain studio standards, promote Peachy products, and ensure HIPAA compliant care, with a schedule Wednesday through Saturday.

Qualifications

• Client-facing experience in a customer service, hospitality, high-end retail or wellness services role.
• Flexible to work in multiple studio locations within a reasonable distance to your home studio
• Must be able to work a 40-hour work week from Wednesday through Saturday. Some holiday availability required.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and manage check-in/check-out.
• Upsell products and services to enhance client experience.
• Execute sales strategies to meet individual and team goals.
• Collaborate with peers and Clinical Providers for top-tier studio experiences.
• Maintain studio appearance and assist with stock and cleanliness.
• Adhere to infection control standards and HIPAA privacy practices.
